Military DiscountWe offer a 10% discount on all orders for military members and their spouses. Please contact us at to  apply for the discount. *This discount excludes all Tula products.


Pre-orders - Pre-order deposits are non-refundable. You can transfer your pre-order by contacting us at


LayawayLayaway is availabe on all orders. Layaway deposit amount is 20% of list price. Use code "Layaway20" to check out with an item on the layaway plan. Once your transaction is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with your remaining amount due plus a $5 layaway fee. You can make payments at your convenience on our website. Click HERE to make a layaway payment. 
You will have 60 days to pay the remaining balance.  Please note that if your balance is not paid within 60 days, your items will no longer be held and you will be refunded all but the required 20% deposit. Shipping PolicyWe ship FREE via USPS Priority to anywhere in the U.S.A. for orders over $75.  Domestic orders under $75 have a $10 shipping fee.  International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. International orders have shipping costs of $20 for orders up to $100, $25 for orders between $100 and $200, and $30 for orders over $200.  

Out of Stock Policy If a wrap that you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email and given the option to wait on the wrap, choose another wrap, or get a refund.

Return/Exchange Policy - Risaroo will accept returns or exchanges on a purchased item within 30 days of the transaction if the item is unused and still in the original packaging with tags. Requests for a return must be made within the 30 day window. Shipment directions will follow. Once received and appropriate condition of the returned item is confirmed, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s) (including shipping fees) minus the actual shipping costs paid by Risaroo and a 10% restocking fee.  In the sole discretion of Risaroo, purchases past the 30 days from the original transaction may be accepted for return but would be subject to exchange and or issuance of store credit only (subject to the same calculations as noted above). An item is not considered to be in its original condition if it has been used, washed, or damaged in any way. If an item has been used, washed, damaged, or the tags have been removed, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
