Risaroo will accept returns or exchanges on a purchased item within 30 days of the transaction if the item is unused and still in the original packaging with tags. A full refund will be the price paid for the item minus the original shipping fees paid by Risaroo (only applies to US customers).  In order to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned to Risaroo within 30 days of the purchase in the original condition, including intact tags. The item is not considered to be in its original condition if it has been used, washed or damaged in any way. If an item has been used, washed, damaged or the tags have been removed, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us at Support@Risaroo.com for instructions prior to shipping any items back for a refund/exchange.
